ou are unique in this world, aren't you? You are not existed in this life for nothing. You are here to be happy, to live the life as you like it. So, why don't eliminate negative thoughts from your mind and let positive thinking touches your heart? Positive thinking is the key that opens the door to your life. I know you are dealing with life's ups and downs. But, that wouldn't mind to look on the bright side of every event in your life, and break the bad habits and become controller of your own future rather than a victim of circumstances.


   Positive thinking is simply a mental attitude which expects things to work out. Positive thinking allows you to see the good things, even if something bad happens. When you are a positive thinker, you will always try to look on the good things in any situation. As being a positive thinker, you will never let yourself to get down, or let the bad invades your thoughts, because you are going to find the solutions for the most difficult problems and challenges. Positive thinking enables you to expect that good things will come to your way and that will help you to adapt an attitude which will help bring good things your way. So, Positive thinking is your key to success, self- esteem and health.

   My aim in this article is to free you from the salvation of negative thoughts and from the obstacles that are overwhelmed your life, and to transform you to a life full of joy, happiness, satisfaction. It's a really pity that people have let themselves be defeated by problems. By learning how to remove obstacles from your mind, by refusing to become mentally slaved to them, you can uplift above obstacles. Negative thoughts have no power over you only if you are accepting to defeat you. By following effective tips I shall outline, negative thoughts will certainly disappear and be replaced with positive ones. 10 Tips to Master Your Life with Positive Thinking

   Positive thinking can be worked in your life by mastering some tips or techniques. If you practice these techniques persistently, you'll experience amazing results within yourself. The purpose of these techniques is to change or reshape your life, to attain health, to be a person of a great success.

1.Affirmations

 



   Affirmations are positive statements. They are actually your weapon to defeat bad habits. They are your potential to create your reality. Affirmations make you alert to any negative thoughts that dominate your mind. You are free to repeat statements throughout the day, on the morning, or you can put it in a perfect place to remind you every time you see it. So say right now:

- Everyday in every way I am getting better and better.

-I am successful in whatever I do.

-I love, accept, and respect myself.

-I feel happy easily and naturally.       

-Everyday I'm getting more and more money.

2.Gratitude Journal

 



   If you're looking for maintaining positive attitude, finding inner peace, enhancing creativity, your pathway for all of them is gratitude. Gratitude is your guidance to find happiness within you. Gratitude will shift your perspective to appreciate everything, even the smallest things in your life. You are grateful for having a family, home, health, food, pet or anything else. In fact, everything you already have is actually serving you; don’t you think they deserve to give thanks for them? Studies prove that gratitude Journaling reduces stress level.  So, before you go to bed write down at least five things that you're grateful for. Practice this exercise every night before you go to bed and you will experience having a greater sense of well-being.


3.Believe in yourself



Do you really believe in yourself? Have you recognized your hidden powers? Your success in life depends on your self-confidence. Self-confidence is your guidance to greatest achievements. By putting a lot of faith on yourself; you will receive sufficient strength and ability to do with the toughest problems. Just put faith into action, and then you'll accomplish anything you desire if you put your mind into it. Repeat (I believe in myself, I believe in my ability) everyday to reach the highest level of belief. 4.Meditation

 



   Meditation is your way to activate positive thoughts and eliminate negative ones. Meditation is your window to look through it on your inside rather than outside. It releases your mind from destruction of the world, and opens your mind up to focus on your inner peace. If you committee to meditate for 5-10 minutes every day and train your mind to be patient, you will eventually cultivate the habit of calmness. Just focus on your breath and try to reduce thoughts from your mind.

5.Read positive quotes/books

 



   When you feel down, your way to uplift yourself is reading positive quotes or books. They help you to have positive attitudes. They really feed your mind and your heart with positive power. Always try to read any inspirational quote or book to motivate you to move forward and to commit to your dream. Here's so of my favorite books that I like to read and you can download them:

 6.Surround yourself with positive people

 



   You believe that people have a strong effect on your life. When you socialize with positive people you will move towards peace and fulfillment. Positive people make you uplift when you are down. They always support you. On the other hand, negative people withdraw positive energy from you. They make you stress. They always see obstacles as problems rather than as opportunities to move forward. So, always surround yourself with positive people to charge you with positive energy if you can't, keep your mind full of happy thoughts in order to make you positive.

7.Positive media

 



   If you keep listening to positive music, watching positive movies, seeing positive images, you will observe that you become a positive thinker, even if you are surrounded by many negative factors. Studies have shown that listening to positive music has impact power on brain, emotion, attitude and outlook. Music re-programs your mind and makes you full of hope and happiness. So, always listen to relaxation music.


8.Visualization



 The power of visualization is infinite. Visualization is a mental technique which uses the power of mind to bring your dream into reality. Visualization is your key to success, to attract positive people and circumstances .You can visualize yourself achieve success in any area before it really happens. The most important key to successful visualization is to combine your dynamic image with true emotions and feelings of the situation you're into. The emotions here make you release right vibration to attract everything that it needs for your image and dream to be into reality.
   You can visualize your day in the morning before getting up from your bed. Visualize for any situation that you know it is going to be a challenge for you. Imagine yourself dealing with it easily and successfully. Visualize yourself having a good day with positive feeling when you walk into work. Visualize yourself making a good conversation with your co-workers.
   If you have a day off, visualize yourself having a good time with your family, friends, or pets. If you take a day for yourself, visualize yourself practicing something that makes you feel better. Spend 5-10 minutes every morning practicing this exercise, and you'll see that visualization creates your reality. 

9.Laugh:

          


 


  Your way to live longer, to be happier, to reduce your stress, to improve your memory, is laughter. The benefits of laughter are unlimited. Laugh every day. Laugh when you watch your favorite television show, cartoon or when you play with your pet. Try to watch comedy movies, buy a book for jokes and keep laughing as much as you can. In order to save your life, laughter is the way out!

 

10.Watch your thoughts:

 Sometimes you want to liberate your consciousness from the enslavement of negative thoughts. I know it's too hard to stop all of them at once. But, the good news is by watching your thoughts; you will activate your consciousness. You'll realize them as either positive or negative. As you sense that negative thoughts drain your energy and emotion, change them into positive ones. Replace the negative words like "I can't, I don't, impossible "with positive ones like" I can, I do, possible".






Once you feel that negative thoughts possessed you, try to figure out what are the reasons behind these feelings. Understanding why you're having a negative attitude will help you to take a right decision to move to a positive outlook.

  
The great impact of positive thinking techniques is undeniable. So, start from now to implement positive thinking in your life. Once you start to think positively, you'll begin to reap the rewards. You'll be able to handle situations better .You'll begin to view the life differently. Don't walk away from applying those positive thinking tips to work in your life.

Worry, anxiety, stress and depression are Delusions from Mind

o you know that you are a victim of your mind! Do you realize that all the suffering you experience (worry, anxiety, stress and depression) comes from the delusions in your mind? Are you really aware that your mind set up those entire traps and you eventually fell into them?  Now, I think you realize your enemy is inside of you not outside.  


   One of the philosophers reveals a shocked truth that “most worry is a lie.” You worry about money, your health, your family. You worry about the future which hasn’t born yet. You worry about what happened in the past which is already done. But, you forget to concentrate all your time, energy and enthusiasm on the present moment. "The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered, 'Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived."
   As a result, the feeling of worry begins gradually to grow into your subconscious mind which is basically programmed to be worried all the time. What happened then? You can't sleep well, you can’t eat, and you can't enjoy life. You keep visiting one doctor to another doctor, taking more and more pills to end your pain without any result! Do you know why? It's because you make the biggest mistake when you try to treat your body without trying to treat your mind. In fact, both body and mind are connected together. You can’t cure your body and ignore your mind!
   Listen, what you are facing in your life can’t be changed by any amount of worry. Because all types of life’s problems are actually created by your thoughts!  Your thoughts create your life! I’m sure you don’t know about this truth. When you think negatively, you will create the negative things in your life (e.g. situations, circumstances and people). And when you think positively; you will create the positive things in your life. Let me explain, when you begin to think negatively, focus on what you don’t want, your subconscious will respond to your thoughts, therefore you just attract more negative situations. On the contrary, as you start to think positively, focus on what you want, you actually send a new direction to your subconscious and you’ll begin to make incredible changes, improvements, and be able to accomplish anything you desire. It will move your life from the bottom to the top. By following these tips, you will eventually reach a state of calmness; you will experience a beautiful life you’ve never had before. Moreover, the benefits of these tips are not only for the short- term but also for the long- term. These tips will not cost you any cent!

1-Positive Thinking

First of all, you have to be positive all the time whatever the circumstances are. When you get up in the morning expect all good things are coming to you today. Even if something wrong happens throughout the day, control your thoughts, because it is the first key to relieve your worry, anxiety, stress and depression.

When you are worried, do practice meditation. When you are anxious, do practice meditation. When you are stressed, do practice meditation. When you are depressed, do practice meditation. Meditation is one of the most powerful methods for stress relief. Meditation is an old method which has been practiced over many centuries until today to solve many problems and relief any pain. It works simply through the powerful role of breath control which turns negative thoughts and brings inner peace. Nowadays, most doctors recommend practicing meditation. A Growing numbers of people practice meditation daily. It only takes 10-15 minutes. Believe me you will guarantee the result!

Many researches show the extraordinary benefits of meditation such as:

-Meditation reduces stress, anxiety; panic attacks and brings calm and inner peace.
-Meditation reduces symptoms of depression.
-Meditation enables the insomniacs to sleep normally.
-Meditation lowers blood pressure.
- Meditation improves brain function including memory.
-Meditation reduces heart disease and cancer deaths.
-Meditation helps lose weight.

How can you practice meditation?

1- When you get up in the morning sit in a quiet place, where you feel comfortable and where there is no distraction. (Wake up earlier than usual. If you can’t practice it early morning, go meditate before you go to bed).
2-   Straighten your spine, and have a good posture exactly like in the picture above.

3-Close your eyes, and take deep breaths.
4-Take three deep breaths and focus on your breathing, while you breathe out slowly let any unwanted thoughts or feeling like worry, anxiety, stress and depression fade away.
5-when you feel that you’re distracted by some thoughts come into your mind, without any feeling of failure, just go back to your breath.
6-Now take another three deep breaths and while you exhale mentally countdown 3 to 1.
7-Now start visualization. Imagine you are in a beautiful place like a garden. Start to look around you at the beautiful scene, e.g. the trees and listen to the sound of birds on them. Take another deep breath and smile. Imagine a small river in front of you and put your hands in the river and feel the warm water of the river and smile. After that lie down on the grass and feel a sense of comfort and calm. Finally, take another deep breath and open your eyes. (Or you can visualize any image of any place that makes you relaxed e.g. the sea)
8- Practice this meditation again before you go to bed.

3-Positive affirmations

   If you are really thirsty to get rid of worry, anxiety stress and depression, and eager to change your behaviors and attitudes, use positive affirmations.  Positive affirmations are one of the greatest tools to reduce worry, anxiety stress and depression. Positive affirmations like positive instructions you give to your subconscious to defeat bad habits in it and replace them with positive thoughts. By using positive affirmations, you will notice a dramatic change in your thoughts, behaviors and attitudes and you will feel inner peace.
In order to get the best result of positive affirmations you have to follow the tips below:
1- Keep the positive affirmations in the present tense. For example, you can say to yourself: “Everyday I am getting better and better”, not “Everyday I will be better and better.” Because in the present tense, it means the change will be now, but in the future, it means the result will be in the future not now. 
2- Feel the meaning of each word.
3- Speak them slowly and clearly.
4- Repeat the positive affirmations several times.
5-Write down the positive affirmations and keep them in your pocket, post them on any place where you can read them most of the time (in the kitchen, in your bedroom, in the living room, on your desk, on the bathroom mirror, by the phone).
Here are some examples of positive affirmations:
-Everyday in every way I am getting better and better.
-All good things are coming to me today.
-I can successfully handle any challenge.
-I feel good physically, mentally and emotionally.
-I am always positive, truthful and grateful.
-I am always happy.
-I am calm and relaxed in every situation.


4-Mirror technique

 

 

 

Mirror technique is a powerful method to relieve your worry, stress, anxiety and depression. By standing in front of the mirror, repeating some positive statements, you definitely create a new picture of yourself and your thoughts, because your subconscious responds to your new messages in which it is going to bring these messages into reality. Within a few days, you will notice extraordinary results in your behaviors and attitudes. The sooner you use the mirror technique, the sooner you'll get better. You will notice that your confidence has grown and you have personal power that enables you to handle any obstacle in your life.


How does this technique work?
-Stand in front of the mirror, straighten your spine, take 3 deep breaths, and look into the depth of your eyes because it’s the path of your soul.
-Now smile to yourself in the mirror and repeat the positive affirmations above.  
-Repeat this technique twice a day.

5- Gratitude

- Have you ever thought gratitude is the best antibiotic against worry, anxiety, stress and depression?  Many researches show the incredible impact of gratitude on those who are worried, anxious, stressed and depressed. They approve that practicing gratitude enables anyone to overcome all kinds of challenges in the daily life. As matter of fact, the feeling of being thankful increases the positive feeling and brings calm no matter what kind of difficulties are  in your life; because when you give thanks for people ,things ,events , or even for a little things in your life, you push the negative thoughts away and replace them with the positive ones. You will feel inner strength, and you will gradually notice the worry begins to fade away. Then you will feel a sense of calm and inner peace that you haven’t experienced before. Gratitude shifts your thoughts to focus only on the positive things, which in turn shines the happiness within you and make you smile whatever the circumstances are. Don’t underestimate gratitude because it’s the secret people rarely know about.

How to be grateful for everything? 

-When you get up in the morning be grateful for the time you spent sleeping, be grateful for being healthy, be grateful for the beauty of the weather, be grateful for the warm sunshine, be grateful for your meal. (That is by saying: I'm grateful for …….., I'm thankful for ……….).
-When you go to your work, be grateful for the car that you have or to the taxi you are going to get in. During the work day, be grateful for the job you have, be grateful for the people you are working with. And when the break comes, be grateful for this time and the lunch you have. At the end of the day of working, be grateful for that time.
-When you go home, be grateful for having a home, be grateful for having a family, be grateful for having a pet like a cat or a dog.
- When you go to bed, write down at least five things for which you are feeling grateful for (It’s called gratitude journal).

   During the day be grateful for the little things you see, touch, use or even anyone draws a smile on your face. Even if some negative situations happened throughout the day, give thanks for them because gratitude turns bad things into good things. In this case, you will bring all good things into your life. After experiencing gratitude, you will eventually realize it is the closest friend that always makes you happy.

You would like to live in luxury, to have a financial abundance, to create your success and to live in a good health. It is the right time to shut off the past. The future is today. What are you waiting for?  Don't you want to manifest your desires? Are you ready now to change your life for better? I know you are ready. But you are wondering how? What is the solution for change? The solution is within Law of Attraction.



   Law of attraction is one of the ancient laws that has already existed from the beginning of time. It possesses hidden power possibilities. Law of attraction transforms your life and other people’s life. All of us are using Law of attraction everyday whether we are aware of it or not.    Law of attraction can work for you in every area of your life at anytime, in any circumstances to manifest your desire. It can be applied for attracting your dream, attracting wealth, money or abundance, attracting a dream job, a good health, building a better relationship. The universe is listening and responding to you. However most of us remain not aware of it. But, now you feel blessed that you recognize Law of attraction. So, this is your chance to focus on your thoughts and to exploit the power of Law of attraction as well as to start from this moment to think positively and to feel good all the time, because this itself will open the way to attract  positive circumstances, positive people and positive situations into your life. 7 Tips to Get What You Want by a Vision Board

ave you ever imagined a vision board can attract what you desire in your life?  What are you feeling when you are eventually drive the car , live in the house that you’ve always dreamt of, you become financially free, bring health to your life by using a vision board? So do you know what the vision board is?



A Vision board is one of the best magical techniques to manifest whatever you want in your life. A vision board is defined as a collection of pictures that interprets your goals to turn them into reality. It simply works like ’ask and it will be given to you”. Whatever you order in a vision board e.g. a new car, a new house, more money and so on, sooner or later will be delivered to you by the universe. The secret beyond this technique is more powerful than you imagine. When you look at your vision board daily, you keep focused on what you want to achieve. By this way, you actually activate the hidden power of your subconscious mind. So the universe will rearrange everything you need to achieve your desire (attracts people, circumstances and situations). In fact, your subconsciouses mind responses effectively to pictures and images.
   This technique is still using among unlimited number of people. Don’t ever think what you desire is impossible, because everything with a vision board is possible! So imagine what you truly desire and use the magic of vision board to create it into reality.
   The process of creating your vision board doesn’t cost you any cent, it just requires a few times and simple materials which already available inside your home.

What are the materials?


-You can use magazines, newspapers, the Internet to download pictures, search in Google, take photographs or even you can draw if you can’t find the appropriate ones.
- You can use any kind of board (poster board, foam board, cork board or mat board).
-You need a glue stick and scissor.
- You can use crayons, markers or paint (whatever you like).
Note: Before you create your vision board set your goals.

How to create your vision board?


1- Cut out pictures that truly match your desire. Let your intuition guide you to choose the right pictures which actually capture your feeling.
2- Before you paste your pictures place them on the board according to your priority. For example, the most important one is at the top; the less important one is at the bottom.
3- Attach a theme into every spot of the board, for instance, health, wealth or job (optional). 
4 - Paste your pictures.
5- Place your photo in the centre of your board (Optional).
6- It’s up to you to use markers or crayons to write some motivated statements e.g. my dream car or I receive a lot of money.
7- Place your vision board in a place where you can see it often e.g. on your desk, in your room, or hang it on the wall to remind you of what you want to achieve.
Try to design your vision board like designing your room! Use your favorite colors, paint to evoke your positive feeling.
  If you would like to share your family with your vision board to motivate you, it’s okay. But, if you feel showing it to anyone may let you down, or you will be criticized so it’s better keep it in a private place.

What are the most important factors to motivate your vision board?


  The secret of your feeling: once you look at your vision board, it should charge you with positive emotion as if what you desire already have it. So that will activate law of attraction to manifest what you want in your life.
-Belief: “belief creates the actual fact”. The more belief you put in your vision board, the faster result you will get.
   After all these tips, you can redesign or add pictures in your vision board once you need to refresh your emotion again or you change your goals.

   I’m here to provide you with an incredible story of an ordinary woman who experienced the Law of Attraction. As the matter of fact, when you read more of vivid stories about Law of Attraction, it persuades you to believe that you can do it too.
     Glenna Salsbury is a single mother with three daughters. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona. She had a house and car payment that made her to reconsider her life and her dreams.
She decided to interpret her written list of goals into pictures. So she picked up an old magazine and collected all pictures that are connected to her dreams. She organized them in a very perfect photo inside album. She waited to unexpected time. Her pictures involve a woman with a handsome man wearing  a tuxedo in a wedding gown carrying bouquets of flowers .This marriage took place in an island in the sparking blue Caribbean. She put collage diplomas pictures for her daughters. She stuck a photo of a woman vice- president; she desired to be the first woman as long as no female officers in her company. Besides, a picture of a mortar board hat, which interpreted her dream to get a master's degree.
     After eight weeks, she met a man while she was driving down a California a freeway. She felt attracted to his beautiful red and white car which was next hers. The driver looked at her and smiled. She smiled too. Then he followed her. When Glenna parked, he parked too and finally she married him.
      Her husband gets used to send her rose and a love note, after their first date together. Those are the flowers as she wanted. Before their marriage Jim chose the right place for their honeymoon, which is St John’s Island in the Caribbean. Exactly like in her picture. After that they had moved into a new house, which she had already pictured in her album. Following that, she held a position the first vice- president of human resources in her company, as she pictured in her album. Then she got her master’s degree and went on to teach at Fuller Seminary. Also her daughters gained collage diplomas.
    Now, I realize this is like an imaginary story, but it’s definitely real. This is a very simple way to create your own life. After that what are you waiting for? Create your vision board and let the magic of the vision board works for you!
