Be thankful for what you have!!



Your life is full of gifts and they really deserve to be grateful for, but unfortunately you don’t aware of them. Therefore, I invite you to read this inspiring story , I've got by the email, to remind you of what you already have but you forget it.
A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: "I am blind, please help." There were only a few coins in the
hat.
 
A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words. Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, "Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?"

The man said, "I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way." I wrote: "Today is a beautiful day but I cannot see it." Both signs told people that the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people that they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?


So be thankful for what you have. And look at yourself and see the world with  greateful eyes.Your life will never be the same!

6 Simple Ways to Sleep Well



Nowadays, most people are complaining the difficulty in falling asleep at night. Some complain of the drop off to sleep for a few minutes, and then they awaken longer before they go to bed. Others they can’t sleep immediately- they take hours to fall in asleep after retiring.

So I am going to show you some natural methods recommended by experts and can lead you to sleep well and quiet. At first you have to read and understand the required.

1-Stand on one leg

Try to stand on one leg for 30 seconds-such a movement seems strange but useful. When you focus your attention on keeping your balance, your brain also will put all of its function aside and focus on this movement, and the result is that your mind will be more relaxed. So once you lie on your bed, you will sleep so fast.

2- Eat Calcium  
Researchers have found that calcium helps to relax the nervous system. And it helps sleep fast at 50% as well as make you sleep deeply. Dairy products are very rich of calcium. So take a cup of warm milk before you go to bed to get restful night’s sleep.

3-stop breathing

                                       

Once you lie on the bed, take a deep breath and hold it for 10 seconds, and repeat it many times. Many studies have proved that this way reduces the activity of brain waves, and make them reach to the stages that usually occur in the early stages before going to bed.

4- Massage feet

                          
 
When you just pressure on the soles of your toes for 30 seconds, it help you enter into the stage of sleep quickly.  It’s because the soles of the toes is linked directly with the brain therefore affect sleep. You can massage the sole of your feet with sesame oil as the best one to nourish the nervous system before bedtime to get a peaceful night’s sleep. It’s up to you whether you wash the oil off or wear a pair of socks.
5- Blue color
                 


Studies have shown that blue color can reduce sleep disturbance and increase a state of stable which enables fast sleep. So repaint your room with blue color, use blue light or make your bed blue.

6-The smell of perfume


Studies have been made at Wheeling Jesuit University about the pleasant scent of jasmine and found that the scent of jasmine helps patients to have good and peaceful sleep at night compared to others odors (lavender). Not only this but also it makes those who infuse with a faint jasmine scent feel more actively during the day.

The 5 principles of manifesting wealth



Many people believe that manifesting money is a big issue. Many studies approve that luck, education  , or intelligence are not the way to wealth. Once you understand the successful principles of accumulating wealth and how you can make them to work for you, you will step on the way of building wealth and creating financial independence you desire. And that is exactly what wealthy people do. I think, NOW, is your time to become wealthy. So, I would like to share with you the 5 principles from the book “The 5 Lessons A Millionaire Taught Me “.
The 5 principles are the gate to change your life dramatically .These principles are very easy and will not coast you anything. Just change the way you deal with money and the way you think about it.
The 5 principles are:
Principle 1: Decide To Be Wealthy
 Make a decision today to be wealthy. Write down this goal, and either pin it on your board or carry the paper with you at all times. Take a look at your goal every day: 'Today, I decide to be wealthy.'

Your conscious decision to make a choice is the beginning of all your journeys. The moment you make a decision, your consciousness will automatically start working on the solution to create that reality.
Principle 2: Take Responsibility for Your Money
If you don't control your money, your money will control you! Controlling your money simply means that you need to know how much money you have, where you spend it and where it comes from. Take a piece of paper and write these three items down as precisely as possible.

Make this list as detailed as you can. Get a feeling of what your money is doing. The entire point of this exercise is to make your money work for you (you control your money)—and not the opposite (your money controls you).
Principle 3: Keep a Portion of Everything You Earn
Wealthy people pay themselves first, and then pay the bills! From time to time you hear stories about celebrities going bankrupt or having to wait tables. What happened? They obviously never saved a portion of their income and put it aside. If they had, they would still be wealthy.

Take at least 10% of your income every month and put it aside. Never ever touch this money for anything other than for investment purposes to make this money work for you. Don't kill the goose that lays the golden eggs.
Principle 4: Win In the Margins
Always strive to improve your income and watch your costs. Reduce the money you spend. Do you really need that electric sock dispenser? Drive a more economical car and move into a smaller house with less expensive rent or mortgage. Replace the common belief that consuming for its own sake is a necessary part of your life with something that is more balanced.

Accumulating possessions will not make you happy! More stuff reduces your free attention, and you’ll have less attention left to focus on building your wealth.
Principle 5: Give Back
Would you like to live in a society where everybody has more than enough, where everybody is mostly focused on helping and supporting others? I bet you would. If everybody focuses only on themselves, our society would soon starve to death and be split into winners and losers.

If everybody focuses on giving back and on contributing to a better society, we would all have more than enough happiness. Peace and abundance would be the common ground.

Understand that we are not truly separate from one another; we are all dependant on each other, and the world around us. The very things we all need the most—like fresh air, healthy food and loving hearts—are the things we most depend on from others and the world itself. The more we understand that this is a cooperative process and not an individual, separate one, the more we will reap the benefits from it.

In the previous post I have mentioned the first 7 ways to stay motivated and I am here to continue the rest of them.

8-Ask for help



Trying to accomplish your goal on your own it sounds very hard. So get support from your family, your friends. Also, you can join an online forum and discuss with others about your goal. You may find a fully support as they guide you to the right way to achieve your goal easily! You may find one who has achieved what you want to achieve so he will give you a piece of advice or show you some brilliant techniques on how to achieve your goal too.


9- Seize the momentum when it comes.



Motivation is not permanent. It is like a wind goes and comes back. So, once you are fully energized, fully motivated, seize this moment. In fact, such energy will faster the result you gain in a shorter period with less effort. So as soon as you are satisfied with your work is going, seize this momentum and get as much out of it as you can. Because this is it!


10- Break the habit of Giving up



Stick to your goal even if you are not motivated today or this week. It doesn’t matter if you are feeling slumped today or later. It’s okay to take a break for a week or more but the most important thing is not trying ever to give up on your goal! Here is the point.  Don’t worry about such a feeling today, because it is like a temporary stone that hinders your way to achieve your goal, and within a few days it is going to fade way. And sooner or later that motivation will come back again. Remember your goal like a long great trip; driving across the world, so you get tired, stop for a break and then keep going on.  So I don’t think you would give up and come back home!

11- One step enough for you

Achieving your goal is actually like a baby when he starts to walk one step. So if you are a kind of person who finds difficulties to commit to a specific time to do exercise, I recommend you take the first step to accomplish what you want. Simply practice any exercise for just 2 minutes of your time for one week. It’s not much. And stick to it every day. I am guarantee you are going to succeed and will keep going on. Then after that week, take the next step; increase the exercise to 5 minutes and commit to it for a week. In 5 minutes you can change your life, you can have tremendous success and joy! Believe me; automatically you will be increasing the time of exercise 15-20. So with each tiny step, you will make a big difference, and you definitely make a big success that you have never imagined before.  


12- Focus on the bigger picture and ignore the little things




Majority of people set their goals and they are striving to achieve them but when they think of all how hard exercises they need to achieve, they get stuck in the small details. They tell themselves there’s too much to do. They feel overwhelmed. So they put things off for a week , a month, a year or longer.
The only reason you can't get started, lose focus, lose sight is because over the years you’ve trained your mind and subconscious mind to focus on the little things and ignore the big picture. That big picture is how much better your life would be if you eventually achieved your one goal, made that one change, finished that big project you've been putting off for so long. So think of the end result and let go of all small details. Soon you will feel that you are fully energized.

13-Push away negative thoughts and replace them with the positive ones


After this long journey of ways to stay motivated, there is something very important to be aware about it which is the dangerous of your negative thoughts. Negative thoughts are one of the enemies that hold you back to achieve your goal. It is the main reason to cause your slump. Any negative thought won’t allow you to accomplish your goal. So those negative thoughts will eventually win and force you to stop and give up. Once you have negative thoughts, you have negative or limiting beliefs in yourself and abilities. With negative thinking out of your head, you believe in yourself and when you believe in yourself you can achieve your goal!
 So just be aware of these thoughts. Just observe or witness them for a few days. Then try to replace them with positive ones, for example, if your inner voice tells you, “no, I can’t do it”, replace it with “Yes I can do it.”, When it tells you, “It’s impossible” replace it with “ It’s possible” When it tells you, “you will never succeed” replace it with, “I will succeed.” So get rid of those negative thoughts today because positive thoughts will shine a new life into your life.


14-Do your best to reap the results




AS you work hard and get results, your motivation will last longer. For example, if you desire to lose your weight, you start to practice exercise, then you find that you lost a few bounds! So what is your reaction next? Of course, this primary result will motivate you to keep on practicing more and more to reach the weight that you’ve always dreamt of!

Many times they feel unmotivated .They struggle to motivate themselves to exercise, so they are wondering how they can stay motivated all the time, and how they can keep themselves inspired in order to achieve their goals that they’ve always dreamt of.  Such a feeling can be as a common dilemma among people. So they are actually trying to find a piece of advice to guide them to the right way. Therefore, I am going to show you the best 14 ways to keep yourself motivated.

 



1-  Focus on a single  goal

As Dale Carnegie said,”one grain of sand at a time, one task at a time.”  Focus only on one goal to accomplish. In fact, having many goals to accomplish at once is just wasting your energy and motivation, because you can’t keep your focus and energy longer. Listen, it’s possible to accomplish many goals at once but you may eventually get slumped. I am telling you for your interest. Still, once you accomplish the first goal, you can accomplish your other goals. So first of all, choose only one goal and focus on it.

2- Set out your vision

                 

Your vision basically should be big enough to motivate you. Try to make your goal that you are trying to achieve is worthy of your attention and willing to keep you motivated. Ask yourself, “is the reward of my goal enough?” Let’s show you an example, if you are currently making 30,000 a year, and your goal is to make 35,000 a year! So undoubtedly, your goal is not motivated all. Therefore, draw a big vision for your life.


3-Charge your passion

                      
No endless power like passion. Passion is the strongest force ever that keeps you motivated longer and longer. It is the fuel that charges you everyday to move forward to achieve your goal. In somehow it does really work. Passion is a strong emotion, so chase your passion, keep and nurture it. As this emotion fuels you, it will attract all good circumstances, reasons and people to come to you. Hence, you will be able to achieve your goal.




4-Write a plan with a time frame

                        
Don’t underestimate this step as many do, because it really works. Start to form a step by step plan for taking action. Develop a time frame in which you can achieve your dream. Will it take a week, month, year or longer? Get enthusiastic about that date. Make it as a historical date!



 
5-Post your goal
Write your goal in a few words or print it out and post it wherever you can see it often. You can post it on the mirror, on the wall, on the refrigerator, or you can put on your desk, on your computer or by your mobile as a background. The real aim of this step is to keep you focused on your goal most of the time. So, as long as you see your goal everywhere, you will keep excited about it.

 

6- Gather useful materials to be effectively absorbed into your mind


       
Find materials that inspire you. For example, listen to audios regularly. Buy audios for motivational speaker and learn to motivate you to move on to achieve your goal. Listening to audios isn’t enough! Read books about successful men who have achieved amazing accomplishments. Buy their books and read them and learn what are the means and methods that they have used to achieve their goals. As you read their success, it means you are on your way to your success too! Also read books that teach new skills and methods. Read blogs and magazines. Listening to music really works! 7-Keep thinking about your goal everyday

3 Simple and Easy Steps to Improve Self-talk


Self –talk can be your best friends but sometimes can be your worst enemy. Are you aware of that? You are talking to yourself all day long, but you are completely unconscious. When you minimize your achievements, when you talk to yourself harshly especially when you make a mistake, when you express doubts in your abilities all these negative self-talk won’t create beneficial results. They will damage your self-esteem. Then you will begin to believe you are a "worthless" person. On the other hand, when you encourage yourself with positive words, when you appreciate your achievements , when you reward yourself all these  positive and encouraging  self-talk will absolutely help you to improve your inner strength and self-respect.
If negative thoughts invade you mind every day, say goodbye to them now. With simple and easy steps you can erase and replace them with positive ones. These steps will produce amazing results on the way you view yourself and your personal potentiality. The 3 steps are:   
1-    Build awareness of your self-talk. If you make a commitment, and begin to listen to your inner voice, you will be aware when you talk negatively to yourself. Just pay attention to your thoughts- the nagging thoughts that are coming back to you.Be as a witness to the voice in your head, and DON't judge or get involved, just listen and be fully aware as often as you can. By the time, as you practice listening to your thoughts, you will notice that these thoughts start to lose its power and leave you away.Soon, you will feel that you are completely free from any bad thoughts, and you no longer suffer from the nagging inner voice.


2- Challenge the negative messages. When you notice yourself saying anything negative in your mind such as "You can't do it", "You can't do anything right". Stop your thoughts and challenge these negative beliefs. Ask yourself if your negative messages are true. Are these exactly who you are. Ask your friends if they think you are selfish, lazy or worthless. Then you will realize how others see your real nature not false images that don't' represent you.

3-    Replace negative statements with positive statements. Once you find yourself saying negative things to yourself or thinking of something that limits your beliefs, immediately stop and reconfirm it with positive ones .For example, instead of calling yourself stupid or an idiot when you make a mistake, remind yourself that no one perfect and everyone makes mistakes and these mistakes are experiences that will help me improve myself and move forward. Say to you "I know I'm a unique person and I really believe in myself and that's what actually matter me."

It doesn’t matter!  How long have you been suffering from that phobia since childhood, 10 years or whenever? It doesn’t matter! What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and also is called Tapping. EFT is a Chinese tradition and has been developed by Gary Craig in 1995. It’s doesn’t require a coach or classes to take. It’ simply works by touching your body’s Meridian points with two fingers or more while repeating specific statements.


 

        

How to Practice EFT
In order to practice EFT Tappings, there are two main parts:
- The Karate Chop Point. You begin by tapping the “Karate chop” area of your hand. It’s the area where you hit bricks if you give the “Karate Chop.” This point has to be tapped continuously while reciting the set-up statement three times.


Alongside to the Karate Chop point, there are 8 tapping points on the body in order:
- EB Eyebrow:  on the inside of the beginning of the eyebrow closest to the nose.
- SE Side of Eye: outside corner of the eye.
- UE Under Eye: Under the center of the eye, on the bony ridge of the eye socket.
- UN Under Nose: halfway between the nose and the upper lip.
- CH Chin: between the lower lip and chin.
- CB Collarbone: below to the either side of the collarbone (You can use your whole hand.)
- UA Under Arm: the area about four inches below the armpit.
- TH Top of Head: on the top of the head.
It’s up to you to choose any side of your body to tap and hand to use.





 
       Let’s get started
-Step1: measure the level of your fear on a scale (0-10), with 0 meaning (no fear) and 10 meaning (very strong.)Write it down.

-Step2: Start by tapping the Karate chop area continuously with the four fingers while repeating the set-up statement three times: “Even though I am afraid of public speaking, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.” Or you can say, “even though I am afraid of public speaking, I choose to be calm and confident.” Try to be specific about the details in order to get better results.
Many alternative phrases can be replaced with the underlined part according to your fear like:
- I am afraid of heights.
-I am afraid of flying in a plane.
-I am afraid I won’t be able to sleep.
-I am afraid of going to the doctor.

-Step3: Then tap with two or more fingers closed together on the 8 tapping points area continuously (7-9 times) as they have been mentioned above in order. If it is possible say it aloud, or silently. But this time, repeat ONLY the statement that is related to your fear- the fearful feelings about this event, or in other words, tell what your problem is for example;
“I am afraid of public speaking” or “This horrible fear of public speaking.”

Tap 5-7 times on each following spot in sequence:
- Eyebrow
-Sid of Eye
-Under Eye
-Under Nose
-Chin
-Collarbone
-Under Arm (use four fingers to tap)
-Top of Head
Once you complete the first round and you still feel anxious, you can repeat it again.

Or you can repeat the same step above (step3) but this time switch to the positive statement:
“I deeply and completely love and respect myself” or “I choose to be calm and confident.”
The real purpose of tapping on the negative statement then switching to the positive one is clearing the negative emotions and then reinforcing the positive ones.
-Step4: After tapping more through rounds, take a deep breath in Just breathe deeply and slowly and hold it for a second or two. Then, exhale it slowly. You can take more deep breaths if you’d like. Also take a deep breath once you want to change the topic.
  -Step5: Evaluate the level of your fear based on the scale (0-10) again. Write it down. If the change is still low as you feel, repeat the whole steps above, but in this case you may want to change the set up statement that you use during the tapping process like:

 
Even though I still have some remaining fear of public speaking, I choose to be calm and confident anyway.

Step6: If you feel that there is a possibility for more improvement when you deal with the aspects that are related to your fear, do additional rounds. Examples of the aspects that are related to the “fear of speaking in public” are:
-         I am afraid my hands will be shaking.
-         I am afraid I will be nervous.
-         I am afraid my voice will start to shake
-         I am afraid I couldn’t breathe properly.
-         I am afraid my threat muscles will not work.
-         I am afraid that people will laugh.
-         I am afraid my face will turn bright red.
-         I am afraid I will forget what I am supposed to say.
You can add more issues related to the fear of speaking in public.
Now, repeat the statement you think of, and tap on the previous points continuously till the level of fear lowers to 0 or at least no higher than a 2 or 3.
